Deep Tissue Massage– 60 min: $55; 30 min: $35; A firm-pressure therapeutic massage that releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. Alleviates pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage. Myofascial Release – 60 min: $55; 30 min: $35; A very effective treatment using a multitude of technique that provides sustained pressure on the fascial system (or connective tissue) to eliminate pain and restore motion. When physical trauma, scarring, or inflammation, occur, the fascia loses its pliability and becomes tight, restricted and a source of tension to the rest of the body. Hot Stone Massage – 75 min: $80; Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and heated basalt stones is used to relieve tense deep in to the muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience. Prenatal Massage – 60 min: $60; This treatment is completely safe for mother and baby! Pregnancy can be a time of discomfort. Our gentle side lying and semi reclined massage is geared to relieving the muscle cramps, spasms and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips and legs creating a healthier happy pregnancy. Couples Massage – Two 60 min sessions: $130; A wonderful massage can be even better when the experience is shared. Together you will each receive an hour massage in the same room with your own Therapist. The room contains dim lights and soft candles for that perfect romantic relaxation experience Foot Reflexology – 60 min: $55; 30 min: $350; Is related to the ancient art of acupressure. The reflex points on the feet corresponding to the organs and structural parts of the body. Massaging and applying pressure breaks up the crystal-type deposits, Increasing circulation promotes healthier organ, nerve, and muscular function, relaxation, and general state of well being. Reiki - 60 min: $55; 30 min: $35; Is a gentle hands on healing technique to reduce stress, relieve pain, and facilitate healing. Practitioners hold that the vital energy of the universe is channeled through the practitioner to energize the various body systems on levels that promote healing and wholeness. |
